Carroll Wetterauer being honored as the Two River Valley Cattleman’s Association 2016 Member of the Year.
Every organization has someone throughout it's history that is the glue that binds it all together. Carroll is definitely the glue that kept the Peoria County Beef Improvement Association alive over the span of the last two decades.
